Ensuring the candidates are relaxed, encouraged and ultimately leave us with a much better understanding of what the standard the Industry requires is where our expertise is utilised.
I work with both large groups of Engineers for specific Industry training as well as bespoke training for small groups, or even individuals, tailored for niche Industry specialists.
Andrea Robinson – Learning and Development Manager
I now have over 20 years experience in the Learning, Development and Educational sector. My experience is wide-ranging and includes designing and delivery of training and teaching from ages 11-65 to managing a portfolio of training needs within schools, customer services and technical training.
I am a huge believer that learning sticks when it is built around the needs of all learners’ individual needs. Students and delegates find that my approachable manner and ability to read people allows me to facilitate this successfully. * Manage the day to day running of the training teams roles and responsibilities;
